Khiva, Uzbekistan, on Saturday, October 25, 2014.
The temperatures cooled off in the Kyzylkum Desert, it’s wedding season in Khiva as it was in the other cities I’d visited. Throughout the day, more than a dozen wedding parties paraded around the old city, each stopping outside the museum of music where a music shop owner/DJ played a couple of tracks for the party to dance to — primarily men while the bride just watched. Another guy at a #wedding party with killer #dance moves. (It reminds me of that #Seinfeld episode about Elaine’s dancing.)
